Terms of Use

By using Scary Face Generator, you agree to these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including data rights and account-deletion requests. You must be 18 or older. Do not upload portraits of children. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Permitted use

You may use the tool for lawful personal and commercial creative work, subject to any separate restrictions imposed by the configured AI provider. You must have the right or permission to upload every image you submit.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service to harass, defame, impersonate, exploit minors, create illegal content, bypass technical limits, probe the service, or generate deceptive material intended to cause harm. Do not upload highly sensitive or confidential images.

Generated content

AI output can be unpredictable, inaccurate, or similar to other generated material. We do not guarantee that a result preserves identity, is unique, is fit for a particular purpose, or is free from third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing and using outputs appropriately.

Saved images

Successful generated images are available in your private My works gallery for 30 days. Successful generated videos are available from their private task result for 30 days. Download results you want to keep. Deleting a result or allowing it to expire does not refund credits used for a successful generation.

Credits and payment

Paid credits are a limited license to submit generation requests. They are non-transferable, have no cash value, and remain available while your account and the service are active. The number of credits required for a generation is shown before use and may vary by model or feature. Waffo Pancake processes the payment. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed under applicable law and the checkout terms. When a payment is refunded, unused credits from that purchase may be removed. If those credits have already been consumed, the account balance may be reduced to zero and further use may be restricted while the refund is resolved.

Availability and quotas

The service may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. Requests may be rejected by file validation, security checks, rate limits, insufficient credits, or provider availability.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the tool. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
